Efforts
to curb Arizona's pet overpopulation problem are in high gear
with the help of the state's newest specialty license plate.
The new license plate is now available!
Dubbed
the "pet-friendly" license plate, it promotes the
love of pets - and is helping to raise revenue to fund the
spaying and neutering of dogs and cats. The "pet-friendly"
plate is $25 a year; $17 from the sale of each plate is deposited
into a fund that will pay for spay and neuter services for
dogs and cats statewide.
Plates
can be ordered online at www.servicearizona.com.
Applications are also available at Motor Vehicle Division
Offices throughout Arizona.
